Activation failed because an error occurred. Please contact your vendor for further advice, quoting the following error. An internal error occurred. (0xe0a00001)
This error is usually caused by a network issue, the manual activation wizard can be used as an alternative method of activation:
- Press the “Activate” button on the “About EasyCatalog” dialog
- Enter the serial number
- Hold down the Shift and Ctrl key whilst pressing the “Activate” button
- This should show a ‘Manual Activation Wizard’ which will allow you to activate using a web browser on your machine. Select this option and work through the on-screen instructions
