Description: This error message is displayed at the end of Pagination, and will appear if nothing was inserted into the document. Nothing was inserted into the document because none of the library items or Formatting Rules were suitable for the data you were paginating.
Potential Cause: None of your library items or Formatting Rules have Pagination Rules applied
Solution: For library items, ensure that you have applied Pagination Rules to the boxes before adding them to the library. For Formatting Rules, double click on each Rule in the Formatting Rules panel and ensure that the “Usage” pop-up is set.
Pagination Rules are applied to the boxes within the library item; it’s not possible to assign a pagination rule to the library item itself by selecting it in the library panel. As a minimum, you need to specify the Paginate Pagination Rule which, which should be set to Once Per Record or Once Per Group. This attribute tells EasyCatalog when to use the library item (i.e. at which level in the panel grouping hierarchy). When specifying Once Per Group, also ensure that the Group Name attribute is also configured.
Potential Cause: You have specified a field in the Asset Name pop-up on the Paginate dialog.
Solution: The Asset Name pop-up is used to specify the name of a field that contains the name of the library item or Formatting Rule to use during pagination. Check that the Asset Name field you’ve specified is correct and, if it is, it specifies library items or Formatting Rules that exist in your Library or Formatting Rule Set. When using Formatting Rules, only Formatting Rules included in the Rule Set you’ve specified at the top of the Paginate dialog will be considered.
Potential Cause: All items are being ignored because of Pagination Rules Actions
Solution: If you are using the Ignore action via the Pagination Rules panel, ensure that all of the items are not being ignored because of either incorrect parameters to the ‘ignore’ action, or because the contents of your data is causing all of your items to be ignored.
