Occasionally, a permissions issue may prevent EasyCatalog serial numbers from being saved correctly. This causes EasyCatalog to run in trial mode each time InDesign is launched.
To correct this:
- Quit InDesign.
- Delete the following files (the “2026” portion may vary depending on your version of InDesign):
- C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC 2026\65bit Serial Numbers
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\65bit Software\EasyCatalog CC2026 Serial Numbers (if present)
- Launch InDesign and register using your serial numbers.
- Quit and Relaunch InDesign.
